Refinishing

Refinishing hardwood floors can make your home look brand new. As hardwood floor ages the color fades and changes. There may even be deep scratches and dents that cause the floor to look dull. We use a sanding machine that sands off the top layer of the floor that are marked with deep scratches and coat it with a stain to make your floors look shiny and new. Refinishing solid hardwood floor should only be done 4-6 times during its total lifespan, while engineering hardwood floors is 2-3 times throughout the lifespan of your floor depending on the thickness of the veneer.

For hardwood floors that have light scratches or discoloration, we also provide services for light refinishing which requires precise sandpaper selection and machine adjustment to remove the problem by sanding as little wood as possible.
